Not sure where the extra weight came from but probably due to estimating the ingredients in the Tasteful Kitchen meal that I ate. Though it was healthy, I am not sure of the nutrition info. Better when I cook it myself.

Glad to have finally gotten below my primary target after several months. Now to keep tracking, which is apparently the key, just like Wt Watchers keeps saying!

Ate Thai vegetables/rice picked up from Tasteful Kitchen yesterday. Sooo good. I could have eaten the entire dish at lunch but ate only 1/2 then finished it at dinner. Difficult to track meals that I do not make myself but did my best. I think it helps, even if not perfect, makes me THINK about what I am eating.
Today I have another meal from TK: spaghetti squash with bean balls. Can hardly wait!
