Feeling great.. I have all this engery for a change. I really hope this feeling last for awhile. I need to stay motivated.

Three days on Atkins and feeling pretty good. I can't believe I have not eaten bread or rice. Made tacos for my family and I made beef strips for me and topped it with lettuce, tomatoe, onions, celantro and cheddar cheese. No sour cream or taco sauce and it was good. I hope I can continue with this feeling. I am not making it to 20 net carbs, will that be a problem????
