I don't like putting in my journal all the carbs. that I've eaten today. But when that is all you have and that's what you get.

I usually don't have sugar in my coffee but ,I'm out of Splenda. I can't believe the cals. and carbs. in the creamer! guess I'll cut down on that out too. But I loooove coffee. But I'd rather reach my goal weight sooner than later, huh.

Wooooo Hoooooo! My weight is lower tonight than it was this morning! Me the always fat girl now weighs 177! I knew something was going on cause my pajama pants L fell plumb off this morning! lol
Now if I just don't sabotage it and eat too much like I did last time, or so many times before it will go even lower! This is why I weigh every single day, plus a few times in between. Boy do I feel great!
