i am doing really good with my diet i lost weight 7 weeks straight but had a 1 lb weight gain on 7/6/13 but lost 1.4 on 7/13/13 and it felt so good i enjoy spending time with my family and friends and my 15 year old daughter and going to visit my mom in mississippi but i miss my dad that passed away in 2009
