Well I have been pretty lazy this weekend but I have did not eat the smores on Friday or the fudge or brownies on Saturday so I ate 3 pc of Russell Stover French Mint Chocolate candy. I didn't keep track of my food logs on Friday or Saturday so now I am going to get back to logging and keeping track since I had to reset my next weight goal to 475 lbs by the end of May so I am going to take my food RDI back down to 1500 so I can get it there.Well I am over by almost 233 calories on my first day so I will have to keep an eye on it and work on getting my carbs back down 25 grams so that i am down under 150 grams so I think that will help get the weight off.

HAY EVERYBODY IT IS FRIDAY!!!!!! Well I went to the surgical class yesterday and met with the doctor and I have reach the amount of weight I need to lose so now I need to have my head examined and if I get the green light I will be meeting with the surgeon and then I can have the surgery done. I am excited and I know that this is what I need to do to help me get to a healthier me.

Well I went to the doctor and I weighed in at 394 lbs and I was told that I will not need to take any pills for the blood clots unless I have to have surgery or am immobilize for a period of time and I am so happy. After I went to Curve's and did a little Zumba and 3 rounds on the machines and worked up one heck of a sweat. The pounds might not be dropping like hotcakes but I feel thinner and I am getting around better and am excited to add more steps here in May so hopefully the weather will be nice and warmer so I can get started.
