Well I woke up stiff as can be. I ate breakfast and got a shower and went to Curve's and did my 3 rounds on the machines and went to see my best friend and sister Betsy cause her dog Charlie was in for ear surgery and she was worried so I went up to help hold her hand. Came home and took the boyfriend fishing and I read a book. I was being lazy on the walking since I was so sore. I cooked dinner and just tried to relax and give my muscles time to heal. Also found out yesterday that I actually have two blood clot gene but the second one can increase my risks for premature coronary arterioscleratic disease so now I have to take b-12 and Folic acid everyday for the rest of my life. Just what I need something else to worry but I wanted to know. Things just keep getting better and my motivation keeps getting stronger cause I plan to live to help spoil my grandkids and great grandkids

Well I was up at 7:30 which I was hoping to sleep late. Well took boyfriend to go fishing then I went to Curve's and did 3 rounds on the machines and got my first parking ticket and went and got boyfriend a case of beer and picked him up from fishing. We got home and had lunch. Then we were off fishing and taking the dogs for a walk. Well I guess since my dogs are considered bird dog and they love water this shouldn't surprise me. My left knee gave out on the walk so I left go of the leashes and they headed straight to the water. Bruizer and Amber went for a swim and Molly only stuck her front feet in and got a drink. So by the time we got back to the van their feet were muddy and I was one hurting puppy. Came home took some pain meds and started dinner. Alaskian Cod fished baked in the oven and Bird's eye broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in cheese sauce. I know that the cheese sauce is high in fat but I wanted something different tonight and I think that I earned it since I have already have 7490 steps which is 3.9 miles for 674.1 calories. So I think that I got it covered.
