I am a 45 year old lady who is a mother to a 19 year old son and 3 four legged kids name Amber Bruizer and Molly. I have been with the same guy for 13 years now and I have been heavy pretty much all my life. I have tried different diets to lose a few lbs and only to gain them back and more. My goal is to set small goals and get to that goal and then set my next goal and I know that I am going to make it this time. My mind is finally in the right place and I am very motivated to do it this time

TY for your honest posts!
Well we all get stressed out over family but I know that you can get back on track and get back into your walking schedule. So get focused on what you need to do for yourself. Your son is a grown man and can take care of himself.

THE MOB: Morbid Obesity Buddies Group (JOIN US)
Hay Lovergirl654 everything here is going good. Starting a new week and getting back to work on controlling my diet and doing it more on the weekends. I have been slacking there. Tomorrow is weigh-in and measurements at Curve's and I am excited to see how much things changed this month.

Not so good
Well you picked up a few bad habits on vacation but now it is time to get back into the grove. Plan out your meals and stick to it. when grocery shopping only buy what you need for these meals. Also you need to have a good talk to those voices in your mind and tell them there is NO MORE eating out until you can get a handle on your mojo again.

Purchase equipment or gym?
To me paying the membership to Curve's is worth it. I look at the machines and dvds at home and can't seem to get motivated but going to Curve's there are people to talk to and people to help motivated which honestly I do need. It is nice when someone tells you hay you are doing a great job.
