Ramen Noodles. So frickin' high in carbs. But they seriously are my all time favorite. I ate a whole package. And I don't even feel guilty. I feel guilty for what I ate and drank last weekend...but for this. I do not.

Need to focus on drinking more water. Its not that I drink a bunch of other things instead...I just don't drink a lot.
Unless I'm at the bar.
And I'm downing a bunch of high carb beverages.

Well...Im losing inches, but Im not losing pounds. I don't get it. It's so confusing. But I guess the # on the scale shouldn't matter, as long as my pants are getting looser and Im that much closer to fitting back into my smaller pants. That's the most important part. But why doesn't the scale reflect the loss?
