OK I got the weight going in the right direction again. It feels good. Now I just have to make sure I keep my head while I take a short vacation with my hubby. We are headded to bike week in Maryland. I am really looking forward to it. Gonna have a good time because we both deserve it. Any tips on how to stay on track while there would be helpful.

Well the #s on the scale were not good this week, but it was exactly what I expected. We had the annual end of summer shindig at the campground and that meant food, food, food and then some alchohol. I am not gonna beat myself up over it. It was a great time and now its over. I will hop right back onto the wagon and take off. I will say that it should get easier now that the camping season is coming to an end. I have 3 months to lose 20-30 lbs. That is my goal. I want to go to my sons graduation looking like a new woman. All words of encouragement are welcome and will be returned. Wish me luck!!!!

I didnt lose any weight this week, but I have been doing really good with going to the gym. I actually got into a pair of pants that were too tight before.

Well today we had a luncheon for an employee who is leaving. You know what that means. I will say that I really scaled back my portions. But there wasnt alot of low cal food available. But at least I will be headed to the gym after work for the 3rd day in a row. Considering that I didnt use to go, I am hoping to balance out the scale.
