So I hit a rut in my diet, and life got crazy. Lots of new responsibility at work, planning a wedding (small civil ceremony), and planning a honeymoon to London. I gave myself a week off my diet, which turned into nearly two weeks. I don't feel guilty or ashamed, which is good, but I did overdo it, made poor food choices intentionally because I missed eating those foods. I also stopped taking my vitamin, supplements, fish oil, etc.

Today, I'm recommitting to my keto diet. The scale says I'm up 18 pounds (298.4) but the fat monitor says I'm down (44.7%, previous was 45.4% I believe). I think it is mostly water weight, which is why I'm not recording it as a weigh in. I feel terribly bloated. My sinuses are acting up, probably due to inflammation. I'm especially tired. Generally I feel like crap.

I know I won't be able to stick to the diet when I'm in London (early November), but I do plan to make better choices. I definitely don't want to feel like this again.
