Having a hard time kicking the caffine and have not recorded things in a coupleof days. I am having some stress issues and finding that I am making some poor eatting habits because of it. I wish that when these things happen that I had someone to help me to choose something healthy instead of the sweets.
Once again I get on a roll like before and then I begin to fall of the tracks and seem to head to another place that I don't want to be again. I really need to find the WILL-POWER inside of me.
If I would not buy the junk I could really hlp myself alot.

I'm going to try harder for the rest of the day and only eat things that will benefit me and not bring me to the point of over indulging on the bad.. FOCUS IS MY KEY POINT FOR THE DAY AND STAYING BUSY JUST MIGHT HELP ME..

Wish the weather was nicer here so that I could get out and take a nice long walk to help clear my mind and all of the stress that is mking me consume this junk...

I AM GOING TO MAKE IT, YES, I AM!!!!!
