I think I'm making progress with my greif counselor. things arent as bad now, they aren't as heavy feeling. I've talked things out with my husband too about losing my dad and some mobility. We have reset some goals for us and I'm starting to look forward to doing things again. I may have gotten fired from my job (I'm still a bit bitter but nothing can be done) but I'm trying to focus on the bright side: I'm not stressed and crying about a job I hate, I have time to focus on myself and get back to fitness, I can do my stretching and take care of my back injury properly, and I can do thing so enjoy that I never had time for before like reading or painting. So, one more restart. hopefully the last.

well. work was really stressing me out. for months. it was actually making me physically ill. I was working my hardest and trying my best and last week I got fired..."without cause" . part of me is relieved, that stress is gone. but there's a new stress of having the funds to pay my bills...I'm still so shocked and angry and feeling totally betrayed. they totally planned it, another girl started yesterday. so I guess it's true that if you feel something is off in your gut, trust it. I'm so upset and it's taking everything in me not to turn to food to just binge.... instead I'm cleaning my house.

it's been a while....my dad died...he didn't have a will. Everything is just SO different and extremely difficult. we've been eating out a lot because we're too exhausted from work and dealing with him gone. I resorted back to old habits. seeing a grief counselor now and hopefully get things back on track.
