I have been on WW several different times. I am a lifetime member!! Here I am again. I have a 4 year old and a 9 year old. I have a catering business with my mother in law and I work in an orthodontic office 3 days a month.

I really like the WW program. I think it is a very sensible way to lose weight. It is a lifestyle, it is NOT a diet. I hate the word diet. I am excited to get on the right track and I love this site for the input that everyone gives. You don't feel like you are doing it alone!!

Weight Watchers Points
Thanks, that's too bad. I loved that feature after I started using it.

Weight Watchers Points
It has been a while since I was on here and I decided to start journaling my food again. It do WW points and I put in the I had 3 ears of corn with butter. It said 23 points. I put down that I had a sandwich thin. It was 5 points. I know for a fact that those are 1 point. I'm not sure if any others are having issues. Just wondered if anyone else noticed anything like that.

Zumba
I was invited to go to Zumba too and I was totally nervous. I have 0 coordination. I have gone several times and I don't know all the moves, but I just have fun with it. It is so fun and a great workout!

Mayonaise Substitute
I just made a low fat ham sandwich today and I used those new multi grain sandwich thins from Arnold and I substituted mayo with some hummus! It was yummy! I don't know, maybe people have been doing that for a while, but I just tried it for the first time.Wink
