I have a pretty grueling schedule right now. Leaving for work at 6:45a and not getting home until 10p. I work full time at a software company, and go to school at night. I'm working on my esthetician's certificate, so I can eventually have a job helping people feel better about themselves, and hopefully have some time to take care of myself as well.
Right now, my goal is to not put any more weight on while I'm in school and pretty sedentary. Preferably even losing a few pounds. But once I get my going in my new career, I'd like to have a regular exercise routine so I can feel better about myself.
