So.. finished my period then promptly started again 3 days later :o( feel less hormonal now though and lost 2lbs!
Yay me :o)
I have not been counting my calories... just been aware of what is ok mealwise and eating that. Haven't done the food diary this week at all, been busy!

Quite upset by it, but my mum pointed out that a) I'm on my period and b) I've halved my calorie intake and probably confused my body into thinking I'm starving myself... so I'm upping my calories this week to 1500 and then will take them down slowly each week til 1200... have stuck to it pretty well except the one splurge on pizza.

On the 26th I actually ate, a nutri-grain elevenses bar (170something kcal), a weight watchers chicken hotpot (255kcal) and pasta with red pesto and cheese (245+179+125=549kcal) so ate around 1000, problem is that to add a food to your food diary you need to add the protein etc... have issues with the math involved!
