Sigh-- all i can say is i crashed today-- i've been fine for the last few days with no really bad cravings and then it hit me mid-day yesterday-- i was extremely cranky-nothing i ate tasted good anymore-- i think because i didn't put enough variety into it. I had a fruit/protein smoothie as normal this morning and then my girls had a dentist appt so i skipped lunch and could not bare to eat what i had leftover from the previous days so i ate a frozen entree i had in the freezer (totally illegal) and i had grilled chicken only for dinner-- good news is i went back to the grocery and bought different things to try and i'm back on program-- tonite i'll eat for a snack some cucumber with hummus-- i also have been fighting a cold or sinus issues for over a week and was finally feeling a little better which is why i added in the exercise but since Sunday i've had really bad neck issues so probally go to the dr if not better tomorrow but i will still try to add in my exercise tomorrow as well--

Can anyone tell me if the Extreme Fat Smash easier to follow-- i know the exercise is kicked up a notch and i def. can't do that portion for now-- Just wondering??

It's a beautiful day and so far everything is going great! Still on program and so far the only "cheats" i've had is a little oj in the mornings (not today)-- i've also stuck in with the exercise. i'm still not getting in the recommended amts but i'm working my way up faster than expected.

Yesterday:

Meal 1-- Protein blueberry/banana smoothie

Meal 2-- Stir fried brown rice with veggies and boco meatless burger

Meal 3-- bowl of watermelon

Meal 4-- bowl of veggie chili

Meal 5-- a few of the legal oatmeal cookies made with 1 cup oatmeal/banana/egg white/a tad sugar free applesauce/cinnamon/tbsp of splenda

I also broke out my old gazelle (old model) and did
miles-- 1.65
minutes-- 20:44
cals burned-- 199.8

My ultimate goal is to obviously do a quicker mile and to start the couch to 5k again as i've completed that program before 2 yrs ago

I'm excited to get started smashing-- i will start tomorrow--i haven't gotten the book yet but think i've gathered enough info to go ahead and start and have the book by the time i start phase 2-- went to the grocery store today and stocked up on veggies, beans and rice for soups and stuff-- have some frozen fruit for protein smoothies and i picked up a watermelon and some bananas for add'l fruit-- i'm trying stuff out today- had the smoothie for breakfast before taking the girls to a movie-- i didn't have anything there-- by the time i got home i didn't feel like throwing anything together so i had a soup at hand which i know isn't program but i'm not officially starting until tomorrow- and i'll probally make some veggie chili for tonite and perhaps i'll start a big part of veggie soup for the weekend-- i'm just so excited to get started!
