Anyone else Cheated!
i agree with glen e ,, this is the very same behavior that has me 90lbs overweight! feeling deprived when i cant eat the very things that have damaged my body, had me feeling like crap and kept me from feeling better about my self. i want to say this and please dont misunderstand me, I HAVE TRIED MY WHOLE LIFE TO EAT UNHEALTHY FOODS WITHOUT CONSEQUENCE,, IT HAS NEVER WORKED ! IF THERE WAS A WAY TO EAT FOODS THAT ARE NOT GOOD FOR ME WITHOUT IT RUINING Me PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY,, I WOULD HAVE FOUND THAT WAY.. excuses like 90% does not work for me,, it leads me back to the same insanity of weight gain,, i have to be realistic about what i have done to my body with food,, i didnt become overweight because i am able to do well with fatening foods,, it happened because i use food to feel better,,and it never works, ever,, so please understand what you are doing to yourself by using language like "cheat" , if you cant tolerate the vegies take the time to ask for help on fs to figure out a different way. Again i am not trying to insult or critisize anyones feedback,, i become conserned when i come to the web site for encouragement and see things like this,, we are capable of living without the foods that are damaging us and taking us away from our loved ones in the future.. its all about the way we see things,, If you change the way you look at things, the things you are looking at will change..

when i am having a hard time drinking water, in order to keep the fluids going i drink crystol light, and seltzer water,, and perrier. I am still loosing consistantly, should i be counting the crystol light as a sweetner ? Embarassed

what is the deal with sugar and induction ? i bought a vegatable that has 3 sugars but only 5 net carbs,,(frozen) is the sugar in that going to mess up induction.. ???Rolling Eyes
