Not sure how well Diet is going but I'm loving all of the encouragement that's being given from everyone. When I say not sure how it's going it is because not weighing myself until monday. Still following diet 100 percent and I know inches are coming off but you know how we are about wanting to see miracles lol:knowing very well that it took time to gain all of this weight but we always want to see it vanish overnite. Vegetable challenge was a great ideal since you not only load up on your daily requirements but we are also eating what I call volume food and that means it takes up alot of space but very low in all the other catergories. well my friends are all wimps!! Once I found this wonderful website I invited several of them to check it out and only 2 have responded but I'm glad to have all of these wonderful online buddies that I can talk to or just read their comments and journals because at whatever stage you may be on your diet journey there are so many more people that are either right there with you or have been there and can encourage you on how to get past the pitfalls that are surely ahead. And when WE have finally reached OUR GOALS or are near them that's when all of the friends will take notice & want to jump on the band wagon .

Day 14 on the Atkins diet and results weren't like I had hoped they would be but I, know followed the diet 100 percent and I, look better to myself wondering when my family will start to wonder what have I done differently? Not gonna get bummed out but rather keep on as I have and just wait to see what happens next week especially with the new vegetable challenge.These challenges are wonderful as they give me something else to think about rather then focusing on my weight starting to exercise but haven't been doing it every day hopefully that will become second nature to me.

I can't believe that it was this much! Didn't actually expect to see results like this until next week but this is definitely an added encouragement to keep on keeping on.I know it won't always be lie this but it FEELS SOOOO GOOD!!!!
