Well not showing much on the scale but definitely in inches and BELT SIZES !!! Can't believe what a difference a month has made in something like that but it sure is encouraging LOl.

Slowly but surely it's coming off I feel so guilty since not having time to write my buddies and write in my journal more I guess this should be a challenge for all of us. Lol:

Surprised myself today while working with a group of students that I sponsor. They were practicing today in the dance studio which has wall to wall mirrors and while speaking to them I actually caught a glimpse of myself in one of the mirrors and didn't immediately realize that it was me! LOL: Wow do I look different and that made me do a double take because it was an image that was different then what I had of myself in my head now don't get me wrong its not that I went from Miss piggy to smurfette or something like that but it is noticeable and I had to smile because it made me feel good.Only thing that kind of bums me is the starting weight that's recorded for me is wrong since I just put in the weight that I had most recently weighed only to find out that it was not only wrong but it was actually lower then what I actually did weigh ! And When I started the challenge it was on a different date so I thought it would start on that weight but it didn't but that's ok I can deal it.

Well approaching the 30 day mark on the 6th of this month which also is weigh in day for veggie challenge so I guess I should be weighing in twice a week but thats too confusing so I will wait to weigh in on the 6th. This past month has gone by pretty fast and I must say that having this site to go to has helped that time go by. Feeling much better about myself and my goals I've noticed that when I lay down for bed I fall asleep almost immediately and It's like nothing can wake me up once my head hits that pillow !! I look better and my clothes are starting to feel looser even if my actual weight doesn't reflect it by the numbers it's definitely reflecting in my clothes and that makes me feel as though something has been accomplished and as long as I'm feeling that positive influence it will keep me focused on my goal.

This week I was craving cauliflower which believe it or not EVERY day I had one frozen bag of either brocolli or a mixture of them both which is called a winter blend. Even as I am writing this I'm thinking that I probably will be getting some more of them to finish the weekend out.I've also had some salads that Usually I place an order at a restaurant and pick up later well yesterday for some reason I really wasn't pleased with the taste of it my lettuce had a funny taste to it ( but it also could have been the tomatoes ) so I will be laying off of the restaurant for a while and either try making my own or maybe trying out a different place. This week was still very easy for me because of my love for vegetables.
