I'm feeling great! I woke up & actually went to the gym. Its 10am and I'm still awake. Normally by now I'm reaching for something sweet! Let's see how I feel at 4:30 when Im getting ready to leave work.

This morning was the trial run at the gym. Not as early as I will be doing this week, but it went great. I was able to do hour & 20 minutes today and burned 500 calories. I have been feeling great all day. I think this going to be the energy I need to make through the day. I had busy Sunday so far, woke up 8am went to gym go back from gym around 11:30, had late breakfast, took a shower, cleaned up my kitchen, then I went food shopping & to pick up some things for the house. I was back home by 4pm, not really hurry so I ate some watermelon. Since I have been home, I really just been relaxing, made dinner, packed my lunch & snacks for tomorrow. After this, I'm going upstairs to finish laundry and get ready for an early bedtime, hopefully I will be able to fall to sleep. I want to wake up by 5:30 the latest 5:45 so I can make it to gym by 6, get an hour workout, take a shower at the gym... and be at work by 8. I hope I can do it!

230's!
I don't plan to stick around too long with you. But it feels good to finally break out of the 240's! I have decided come next week, I'm going to go the gym in the mornings before work, because going to gym after work is becoming very hard for me. I'm going to try to go the gym at 6am, put in a hour work out, take a shower at the gym & then go to work hopefully get to work before 8am! I think I can do it. How is everyone's week going?

Despite not being able to go the gym all week. I still lost over 2lbs this week. .8 away from my first goal of 240 or being out of the 240's! Can't wait! I hope everyone has successful weigh in this week!

Even though, I haven't been to the gym since Sunday the scale isn't going up! I'm going to the gym tonight, because my mother visitor has left the building! I gave blood on Tuesday, I saved a life! I have added green tea back into my diet, since that helps you burn more calories through the month with mininum of 3 to 4 cups a day. I'm done with my 32oz (4 cups) of green tea for the day, and I have had 64oz (8cups) of water so far today. I have completely cut out soda and juices from my diet. Just water, tea & sometimes coffee, but I drink it black anyways! I know, I'm doing great everyone at work is seeing my results & hard work with just almost 2 weeks in.
Stay focus!
