This is me at 260. UGGG. So this is my before picture.
and this is me thanksgiving weekend.
I almost died... I thought I was doing so well. I do not look like I lost 30 lbs

So, I drank my shake this morning, and Im bringing my afternoon snack! And I have my shake ready for this afternoon.
PLEASE GET ME OFF THIS BINGE....lol
At least I maintained and I didn't gain!!

I got caught in a two day binge, but I am back on track today, and I am excited to see the scale go down again!!
