Weight starting back down again. I am finding myself needing to write a lot more in my new job -- meaning I am stuck to my desk for longer periods of time. I enjoy the work but miss being able to get out of the house.

Grr. Weight up a bit today for no reason. It's like the universe didn't take the parenting 101 class that clearly states that consequences must have a clear temporal and logical link to their causes to induce behaviour change.
