Weight up a tick but doing okay. Work was busy yesterday and I didn't get a chance to do my rowing. Hopefully I will do better today.

Weight down a bit today and doing well. I got a chance to visit my office yesterday, but it was just about as isolating as working from home. So, I will probably work from home until more of the crew shows up.

Water weight starting to come back down and doing well. I had a good weekend with the family and am all recharged and ready to head back to work today.
