Happy Halloween to everyone, and in honor, I offer to you what I like to call...ahem...The Cornball Joke of the Year. Here goes...ok...check it out...Why is a ghost such a messy eater? Because he's always a'goblin. =D Ahhh! God, I even crack myself up, I can't take it...I need to get a life, lol, I should really take a cue from a lot of you guys and maybe move around a little, work out or whatever but LOOK, the good people out there in TV land are kind enough to be running the old school Halloween movies on AMC and not to mention Syfy's running Freddy Krueger in all his glory. And if you watch a lot of TV like I do, then you'll appreciate that Syfy's actually running Nightmare on Elm Street's instead of...Croctopus. :/ Or Invasion of the Snowbeast. Or worse yet, Yeti V.S. Croctopus. They run some wild stuff. =) Rotini with meat sauce for dinner today, yum! Maybe a little popcorn at trick-or-treat time, haven't decided yet. Have a good one, everyone!

Haven't written anything in a while, I guess I'm not really a "journally" type of person, lol, it's just really not my thing, although I do love creepin' and occasionally commenting on other peoples journals. :) Canned the 5:2 Fast diet, it just wasn't feasible for me, especially being severely hypoglycemic. I was a shaky, sick, irritable mess. At the beginning of this week on Monday, I actually weighed in at 167 pounds due to a total throwaway weekend, and a throwaway week before that. I mean, I seriously ate everything in sight for like 9 days straight. My weight skyrocketed from 157 up to 167. So like I said, I stopped trying to adhere to the 5:2 Fast and just went back to doing what I know how to do, which is simply eating well, watching how much I cram in my craw, taking in a lot more fluids, not snacking and not eating after dinner. As a result, I weighed in at 162 today and was super happy about that :) Currently have a flare-up of lupus and EBV, have been taking care of myself and not doing a damn thing but resting. A lot of people are really ill right now it seems, I hope we all start feeling better.
