well, still no movement on the scale. we will see what the end of week two brings next sunday.
been really cold. too cold to do anything but hunker down and stay warm. it is snowing today, so there will be snow to shovel tonight. always a good calorie burner.

I feel so lazy, all of my buddies- and in general most posters, seem to do so much exercise everyday. I do nothing. My job is sedentary. I get up at 5 in the morning, take my dog out, and spend the next 1.5 hours riding to work. I spend 8 hours in a chair in front of a computer and spend 1.5 hours riding home. Cook dinner, clean up , shower and bed. Weekends are for shopping and hauling wood to the house. Good thing I diet.
Just got back from Hawaii, where I did not follow my diet at all. gained 3 pounds in two weeks. Back on phase one Atkins.
