Today I attended CRT, Spinning, & Contact. I know I was over working myself, but I'm desperate to see my results on Saturday. I feel a little exhausted, but satisfied. I am doing my best in trying to eat healthy.
Overall, I think I have improved my endurance in working out. I feel like I am not getting exhausted like I used, like when I first started to take classes at the gym.

Taking the EAT Nutrition in my gym has helped me alot on my diet. I may be eating more, but everything that I have been eating healthy. I am starting to feel that I am more looking toward protein intake and fiber. I have increased it significantly.
The salads that I have been making for work are really working, even though it takes time to prepare. The results are really showing. For carbs, I try not to look at that part as much b/c I am eating more of complex sugars instead of straight carbs (rice, bread, sweets, & snacks).
The only problem now is trying to not feel the hunger throughout the day. I am still working on trying to find a better meal plan to help curve the hunger more and still feel okay for the day/night.
