ok so today starts three challengs for me...walk two miles a day, forget the fast food, and five fruits and veggie a day. i dont see any prob completing these except the five fruits and veggies a day since we havent gone shopping lol we dont have that stuff yet so i guess ill just have to start that one a little late:/ o well. I CAN DO THIS!

so i normally dont weigh myself daily lol cuz thats over doin it but when i weighed myself yesterday i had just ate a meal so i figured i only owed it to myself to do a proper morning weigh in :)
