I have been overweight ALL of my life. I am praying that one day I will be smaller....not skinny...just smaller. Mainly for my health and to be here longer with my husband and children whom I adore. I am a great friend and I love to talk :P
If you need someone to talk to, just send me an email. I would love to have some support out there myself.

Recipe
Not sure if this is what you are looking for but I found this doing a search. Hope this helps

Pumpkin Spice Cake RecipeCategory: Weight Watchers recipes
(Moist, low calorie spice cake)

Servings: 20

Ingredients:
1 box Spice Cake Mix
15 oz. can of pumpkin
½ cup water

Directions:
Combine ingredients and mix well with mixer. Pour into lightly sprayed 9×13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 32-35 minutes. Cool. Cut into 20 pieces. Serve with fat-free Cool Whip. 1 point per serving.
For bundt pan, spray lightly and bake 38-40 minutes or until done. Can heat 2 Tbsp. of canned cream cheese frosting in microwave and drizzle over cake. Serves 20. I point per serving.
I like to divide batter into lightly sprayed muffin tins and bake about 20-23 minutes. This way it’s already portion ready and easy to grab for breakfast.

Very Happy

The weight loss site that MoonLite gave you is REALLY REALLY great!!!!
But word of advice, I would wait to start doing weight watchers until you receive all of your weight loss material. Trust meVery Happy
I have done soooo many diets and the only one that really works with the way I am used to eating is weight watchers. I just have a problem with self control Confused But I am working on that. Good luck with ww and if you ever need advice, just send me an email. I will be happy to help.
