Need a Fat Smash buddy (s) who are in Phase 1
Hello I'm starting today along with my husband. I'm tired of being the fat one in my family and out of my friends. Everyone has either lost weight by eating nothing, or had surgery. I don't want to do neither of the two so I'm here as a final resort to end this battle I have been fighting for 5 years now.

I would love to buddy up with anyone to make this journey a little bit easier.
