For what reason? I like larabar but sometimes I think they are silly and I should just carry dates and nuts around with me, for hiking I use Clif Bars, sometimes I buy kind bars but their texture is strange for me

on day 24 of my diet
I'm going to Ireland in the end of October and I'm worried about the same things. I'm running the Dublin marathon and I'm really worried about food and water before the race.

FOOD WHILE ON ROAD TRIPS
Hummus,guacamole veggies, fruit, homemade granola, nuts. How often are you going to stop? Maybe try to get off the highways and get to a supermarket at least once.

Some there markets are right on the farms but I do understand what you are saying.

Actually, our farmer markets with all the fruits and veggie seem to have to have the most junk. They ones town the street from me is also are coffee shop/bakeries complete with take out meals,on the go foods, jams, pies and lots other junk.
