I've only had this app for a few days and I really like it. I don't do social media cause I think it's a waste to look at photoshopped images of other people pretending to be happy lol. I do like this, because we are all on a similar journey and we can encourage each other with pictures of food, comments, etc. I am here to lose 20 lbs. last summer I was at 153 and I felt pretty good. I'm tall 5'7 and a half, but while I was going through some hard times and living out of a hotel I gained 20 lbs...I havnt weighed this much since 5 years ago my senior year of high school. I'm a server so I'm always on my feet and I just dont feel comfortable where I am now. I feel disgusting. I eat pretty much whatever I want, but i like the app, because I feel like it helps me portion my food. if you read all this thank you and could someone tell me how to change my picture lol?????

My name is Megan and I love fitness. I've used several apps like this, but I thought this one was so cool. i really enjoy how everyone shares meals and their progress. It's really fun and inspiring. I've always loved fitness, but the past 2 years have been rocky and I stopped working out 4 times a week like I used to. I'm excited to get back into it and my life is looking up from here. I eat like crap sometimes, because I hate to cook. hopefully seeing some entries on here will inspire me. yay:)
