It's not no shave november, it's gonna be No gain November....YES THATS RIGHT...i am setting myself a challenge...RULES? here goes:
1. The challenge is to not gain a single fraction of a pound on any "end of the day weight measure" during the whole month of November....ooooh that's a toughy...
2. No cheat days for a month, well any cheat day would invalidate number 1 lol
3. Loose 30 lbs for the month of november
4. well, no number 4 that's it :P

Got myself a cheat day after the good six days yesterday...HAD A MUSHROOM MELT CHEESE BURGER WITH BACON WITH A SIDE OF POUTINE AND COKE[wooohoooo]...feeling great and motivated...
really don't mind the 1 lbs gain...its not always about how good u can hit, u also need to be able to get up every time u get hit :D :D :D

Good day yesterday in terms of food consumption--some boiled broccoli and some broiled chicken breast and at the end of the day a little bit of strawberry yogurt.
The problem is that this morning though, felt a little bit weak. So had to make myself a sandwich with bread chicken and lettuce with mayonnaise for breakfast...which means that i gotta watch out for the rest of the day....
Lost some weight again today...soon the weight loss aint gonna be this fast,,,really scared about that part of my journey...for now, just taking each day and each pound at a time...

Had dinner with friends at Captain's Boil last night...it wasn't buffet, Thank God...In any case, didn't eat anything all day yesterday before dinner...At dinner, had a couple of fried shrimps, a couple of crab legs and a little bit of french fries[my gift to myself for a successful week :D :D :D]...in any case, i am guessing the total calorie couldn't have been more than 800, which means i stuck to my starvation diet well...
Its 2.30 pm now today, haven't eaten anything yet...boiling some broccoli for lunch, the plan is to keep the calorie for the day below 400...

Went out with friends last night too...it was literal torture watching them eat as i hungrily looked at their food awkwardly the whole time lol...in any case i felt really proud this morning that i held my discipline, cuz lost some weight again :D :D :D
Its one of my friends graduation dinner today...really worried since i have to have some food....worst part is that its a buffet...the plan is to not eat anything today for the whole day before dinner which i am following through till now...i just dont wanna gain anything even if its just 0.5 lbs because i am just working way too hard for this...lets see what happens i guess...
