I am just getting back on my plan (again). I am 70 years old, I swim 3 days a week for an hour, but I need to add something more weight-bearing. Suggestions? My knees don't allow me to kneel or be on the floor much.

Intermittent Fasting
I have had good luck over the years with fasting, it seems easier for me than thinking all day about what I can eat...until it isn't! LOL! I always seem to 'fall off the wagon' after a few weeks. Good luck!
