How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Does the FB phone app sync with the computer app? I looked at it but couldn't tell that what I input in one, would carry over to the other. I prefer the computer app and don't have time to do double entry to get data I had posted in my phone app over to this site. If there is a way to sync up/share the inputs from phone app to computer, I would LOVE to know how to do that.
Thanks.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Very well said zebdavison. I could not agree more. I am not a slave to, or stressed over, daily (or near daily) weigh ins. They just guide me and I get to see numbers over time. And your point about not being judgmental of others choice of how they track progress is spot-on. I know someone who tracks solely by periodic and regular measurements of what they, their nutritionist and work out coach identified as good, key areas to measure. They very, very rarely get on a scale. That works for them and they like their version of being in tune with how their diet and exercise program is going. So, yeah. Right on.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I started weighing every day. First thing in the morning, after I go to the bathroom and before I get into the shower. As others have noted, it helps keep me motivated because I catch any upward 'creep' right away and get to enjoy any downtrends right away. I do miss my morning weigh-ins a couple times a week, but I don't worry about that. It's not an obsessive thing.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I have been told the same thing in the past Nettie80. Makes sense when you think about it, to get a consistent 'reading' over time.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I don't weigh every day. I vary from maybe 2 times a week to 5 times a week. However, on days I do weigh, I always weigh first thing in the morning, after I go to the bathroom. I know that, for me, hormonal fluctuations = slight weight fluctuations. And I plateau, then lose, plateau, then lose...so I have learned to be careful and steady on my food (good, healthy, unprocessed with lean protein and complex cards) as well as on my exercise. As long as I have a good, downward trend on the scale each month I know I am on the right track.
