I am in Columbus, OH 3 hours from home. Ate my breakfast for lunch. Then supper. Only had 1/3 of the salad dressing & 2 small bites of green beans. Did not add the points on my daily journal here - did add them to my paper journal. Hard to eat properly from a motel. Weight Watchers Eating Out book really helped at this restaurant. Culver's meals are very high in points! Will more than likely not go back there again!

Our family began eating healthy this year on Jan 3rd. I have lost 15.5 pounds so far. Chemo has helped in some ways & made eating properly more difficult in other ways. Am blessed this battle is over! We are trying to eat at least 1/2 of the food pyramid, as well. I am not near as hungry for "junk" stuff (or hungry period) when I am eating the proper foods. That really surprised me!

Now need to find ways to exercise while traveling 5-6 days a week.
