Well, I'm 5 lbs from goal weight and finished my corset!! I'm so excited to wear it to the Renaissance Festival!! I made a skirt, bags, belt, and hair accessories 😁 It's gonna be so much fun! Need to "break in" my corset this weekend, so it's ready for the Renaissance Festival!!

That's what consistent exercise can do!! Same fasting schedule, just adding back 30 minutes a day, plus strength training three times a week 😁

Update on my corset!! Got all the seams sewn and channels for boning. Finishing up cutting the boning pieces, then will add bias tape all around the edge.

Well, after being sidelined by a knee injury for most of March, I'm back and ready to make some progress this month! 30 minutes of exercise daily and strength training 3 x per week. Can't wait to make this month great!! (Disclaimer: I'm starting slowly and gently to avoid reinjury.)
