I lost 50 of the 90 lbs I needed to lose within 6 months. Since then I have bounced back and forth 5 lbs . the last 4 months. It's my own fault because I haven't been tracking or adhering to my calories or nutrient equation. I am still not eating any forms of grain or sugar. Sounds like a failure, huh? I don't feel that way. I do want to get back to the business of losing weight but I have never been able to not count calories, points, or something and hold my weight steady. I feel so much better not being bloated and stiffly (like allergies). I don't think I will ever go back to eating the old way.

I experimented with eating just a "little" bread and sweets. Well, I ended back in a feeding frenzy and ate everything in my path. I am up 13 lbs, weepy and can't breathe very well. I feel horrible physically and emotionally. The rest of the holiday rolls are going out to the hens this morning and I am getting back to my grain/suger free, low carb diet. I am not defeated, I will just consider this "bump in the road" , research. More proof that this way of eating is how I must eat for the rest of my life for me.

I didn't see the crash coming. I haven't fallen off the wagon since April and didn't expect to now. Surprise! I spent the day making "my food" in preparation for climbing back on the wagon Friday morning.

I was on family vacation and had a difficult time with IBS. I had to keep liquids to a minimum in order to enjoy activities. Did not drink nearly enough water.

I am feeling discouraged again. Weight loss has slowed to a crawl again even after I have been swimming a ton. I need to get over the pitty party.
