So I gained back 1.1 pounds this past week. It was Valentines Day, so I have chocolates. Round 9 is over, and in this round I still lost 1.6 pounds, but I actually lost 1/2" off my hips. In 9 rounds (27 weeks), I've lost 23.4 pounds and 15 1/2". I have 8.6 pounds more I want to drop. Could have been better, but having my dad here, and so many holidays, I'll take every little bit. I have about 5 more weeks before dad goes home and then I'll have almost 3 months to kick into gear before we go on vacation. Taking it day by day, for now!!!!

I lost 1.7 pounds last week. Those pounds lost, I lost while doing the 3 day cleanse from Beachbody. I will do it again when it gets closer to vacation. It was easy, and I wasn't hungry while doing it!!!

Wasn't happy last week and didn't want to enter my weight. Last week, after I ended my 8th round I had only lost .9 the whole three weeks. Now this past week, week 25, I lost a pound. This week I am going to try Beachbody's 3 day refresh program. Maybe I can drop a couple more pounds starting round 9.

Starting week 24 and I am not in a good mind set. Last week I had lost .2 and this week I gained that back. I'm not exercising like I should and just not interested. I have got to get back in the right mind set as I have another 10 pounds I really need to lose to feel better. My family is no help, especially with my dad living here with us until the end of March. He's been a pain in my ass because, and I quote, "yuck, that tastes horrible", or "what's that!!!!!". Gotta get my ass movin!!!

Only lost a couple of ounces this week, but my hubby and I went to Charleston for the weekend and had a bit to drink so I get it (although I did eat pretty right) . I can say we did walk, walk, walk a lot, so I'll take it. Especially since it took me out of the 140's!!!!!!
