Well this is going much, much, much slower than I was hoping or expecting. Only 3.4 pounds in 4 weeks doesn't really make me happy. My workouts are going well,this past week I did workout 6 of the 7 days. A few days I did not get in all my vegetables or the occasional fruit was missed, but I feel I did well. Next......

Going to be a long journey. I'm doing the Beachbody 21 Day Fix, I do like this program, but my biggest problem is I like a drink. I'm careful not to eat many carbs when I have a drink, but it's still rough. I do my best to work out 5 days a week, when they have you working out 7. I'm going to just keep plugging away at it!!!! I'm going to be 60, the end of May, and would like to be in better shape, so here's to the 60's!!!!

Only down .3 over two weeks, but that's because last week was Jim's Birthday and we had a small gathering with a lot of food and cake. This next weekend will be in Charleston for a couple of days, we shall see.

Only a half pound, but that's because I ate carbs with every meal yesterday. I did start back up with exercise last week, so I know that will help.
