So for the past three weeks I didn't follow any diet plan or workout. Two weeks were our vacation and the first week back included the fourth of July, so nothing then either. After getting back I saw that Autumn Calabrese was doing a Dietbet for four weeks starting yesterday, so I thought what a great way to get back into things. I've never done a diet bet and did gain a couple of pounds while away and I figured the rule of the bet is to pay $30 and lose 4% of your weight in those four weeks. When I weighed in to start, it was about 6:00 pm and weighted in at 141.8. I'm pretty sure I can lose the 6 pounds to make my percentage, but time will tell. Onward and upward right!!!!!

So according to this I went up .4. Now, I finished the next 3 week program and I am down 1.7 lbs for the 3 weeks and I'm only down 1/2" all around. Was really hoping to hit 20 pounds, but I think I am actually gaining a little muscle (which I know is also ok). Vacation is this coming weekend, for two weeks, so I may not check in until I get back.

So last week was the end of another three week run, it wasn't my best. I only lost 1" total and 1.6 pounds. This is the last 3 week run before vacation. Now, I have poison ivy so I itch like a bi*ch and it's hard to exercise, but I will do my best.

I know it's a day late, but to be honest, after Mother's Day, I didn't want to weigh in. During the last week I had dropped about a pound and a half, but with yardwork on Saturday(meaning not eating correctly) and Mother's Day beverages, I put that back on. So I did all my regular right things yesterday and got back to where I was during the week last week. Four more weeks til Florida, maybe I can get down a few more before then.

So during this past two weeks I was back home visiting family for four of those days. At the end of my 15th week of Beachbody I dropped down to 140, so only gaining back .2 pounds made me happy. Within those 15 week I dropped 14-1/2 pounds and 18-1/2". I'm happy with that so far. I have 6 weeks til we go on vacation, so I can get two more three week programs in before we leave.
