Doing real good with my WW plan. Did dry January, exercised 5-6 days a week, followed my plan and was even able to eat a cookie or two. Thumbs up to me!!!!

It was the last week of the year, so I didn't keep track well and I also ate whatever I felt like. I knew it was "back on track" come January, so I just let it be. Onward......

I've been on WW since May and have dropped 23 pounds. At 62 it is taking a lot longer than in the past. I'm working on dropping at least 7 more pounds, but it is the holidays so if I can remain stable this next week, I'll be happy. Nine more days to this year.

I have been using the WeightWatchers app so I haven’t been recording here. I started back on a program on May first at 159 pounds. It’s taken me five months to drop this weight, so that tells me I’ve got a long week to go, considering the holidays are happening these next few months.

It has taken me 4 weeks to drop 3 pounds, not happy with that. Usually I can lose at least 5 pounds by now. This is going to take FOREVER!!!!!
