pshh...remember how i said i was fasting today? NOT after donating blood i feel all woozy and decided it would be best for me to eat normally today. fast tomorrow?

Was just doing a BMI check and went to webMD, found that they had something similar to fatsecret so I signed up, and while I love some of their features, constant BMI update, charts with recommended levels of sat fat and sodium etc. Their food log was extremely limited and didn't allow for home recipes. I wish I could combine the two, it would honestly make the perfect website.

Fast Day! Had a big cup of tea and some yogurt and I am ready to go! :)
Donating blood this morning, so I am allowing myself a few hundred extra calories today. I will be able to eat my lunch before my appointment so that is a bonus. Going to be a good day!
