Sometimes I eat at a restaurant I have no clue has to how many calories are in my meal so I don't register my meals. Doing a lot better this week(for now). The exercise journal is confusing to me so I don't use it.

Woke up this morning and weighed myself before getting dressed or anything and was surprised by my weight. The last time I weighed, 219.3. Today, 211?? I doubled checked to make sure, the same! I will take the boost of confidence.

Ate out today but I ate a healthier grilled chicken sandwich with the ff which still left me low on the calorie count. I know that I am supposed to get 3000 calories a day but I like to stay between 1500-2000.
