Am usually a 'healthy' weight by medical standards (190-200 lbs), but have not been at an optimal weight (~180 lbs) since college. (I am 6'3".) This time, it is going to happen.
Also, have a full marathon (26.2 miles) in June 2013. So losing some weight will pay big dividends there.
Have a moderate weight lifting routine, partly to stop my body from burning muscle while I train for the marathon.
My goal is to lose 15 lbs of fat by March 1st, then switch to ~3000 cal/day diet to stabilize.
