It's been a long time since I updated! I was at a low point in my life in October/November 2007! I actually gained back all the little bit of weight I managed to get off and then some. I got up to 239 and decided I had enough!!! I started The Bariatric Clinic in SC the week before Christmas. So far I have lost 64.5 pounds and I feel so much better!!! I'm actually looking forward to summer for a change! I know that diet pills are not a cure for obesity, but they help with portion control! I still have to make the right food choices and exercise on a regular basis! I am not obsessing over the scale anymore, I don't care what I weigh, as long as I feel good in my own skin!!! I don't care what the size of my clothes are anymore, as long as I look decent in what I'm wearing!! Besides no two sizes are every the same, I tried on a size 14 capri pant in Lerner NY and they were huge, but the size 12 fit perfect. In Old Navy I tried on a size 12 and I could not squeeze in them and ended up with a size 14!! So it does not matter what size you wear, as long as you look good in what you wear!!!! Most IMPORTANT you have to LOVE YOURSELF and know you are worth it!!!

Breakfast:
2 eggs
3 slice turkey bacon
coffee/3 packs equal/3 tsp creamer
Lunch:
4oz grill chicken breast
2.5 cups salad mix
4 tbsp blue cheese dressing
Sugar Free Jello
Dinner:
4oz grill chicken breast
1/2 cup green beans
coffee/2 packs equal/pumpkin spice
Total Carbs: 20
Today is my first day of writing down what I eat. OMG, no wonder I can't lose weight! I have been eating way too much! You know how the saying goes, when you ASSume you make an ASS out of yourself! :)
