I am a 32 year old stay at home mom of a 5 year old little boy. I am in the middle of a major storm in my life. With all the emotional pain, I am determined to keep the depression away and come out on the other side even stronger and skinnier :) I figure that if I can lose weight and take care of myself through this storm, I can do anything. I would like to lose 20 pounds and fit into my old "skinny" clothes. My biggest challenge is finding excuses to not exercise. My diet isn't the problem as much as finding a regular routine for physical activity. Our meals are primarily organic and vegetarian. However, I do splurge on my husband's gourmet Mexican meals here and there. I wish I had somebody to exercise with because I HATE going to the gym by myself and getting on those machines that take you nowhere. I like to be active and be outside if possible. I like to walk, hike, eventually get back to running, play tennis, and dance (zumba).
