I guess I'm struggling staying on the 'healthy diet' band wagon. I'm very good about getting up and working out - so much so I do two times a day sometimes. But I can't kick my sweet tooth and it's completely ruining my diet.
I'm tired of feeling self-conscious or like I'm the biggest one in my friend group. I guess I'm looking for someone similar so we can help motivate each other when times get tough. Being 23, my toughest times are out with friends... so it'd be nice to have someone to talk to who's trying to make the same healthier choices I am.
Hopefully this will help get rid of those 10-15 pounds I put on at the end of college.
