So I have struggled for over a month in deciding what to do about my weight. I have gained about 10lbs in 2 months. So today I started my journey by joining this site and recording my food intake. I love the fact that this site keeps track of so much and has an incredible list of foods and facts! Also, the fitness area tells me, at my weight, what I will burn. I love it. I quit my Dr. Pepper 2 weeks ago. I started to diet and then binged on new cookie types. But I know I need the change. I know I want the change!
Challenges are boredom, my husband (eating things that I want and that taste so so good), and that I live so far out of the way with no transportation.
