With the weather being rainy, I have not been able to get out and walk. And been so unmotivated to do anything! My parents were in town and I lost all track of anything. Things get so out of control when the routine interrupted. I used to be a "Fly by the seat of my pants" type of person but now I enjoy my routines and predictability.
Healthy food is very expensive compared to other things! Eating smaller portions is helping though.

Had some family drama come up that made me really want to binge eat. I find idle time does not help me. Evenings/Nights are really tough.

Video games has been my downfall this week. I eat when I game so it is really hard to change that habit. A year ago it used to be Peanut M&Ms from 8pm til 12am. Then I switched to chips, then grapes, and now I try not to eat anything. However, last night I ate a serving of potato chips. And my tummy hurt around 1am.
Sticking to eating right works wonderfully during the day as I am a SHM. A schedule for my almost 3yr old boy and myself works!!! But then my night starts. We are used to eating around 7pm after my husband gets home and cooks dinner. And then my son goes to bed and we game. I have always ate when I game, whether it be a console game, a PC game, or a board game. And then comes the eating when I am bored!! Those are the hardest habits to change!!!!!

Yesterday afternoon I went rollerblading for the first time in long time. Well i fell! HARD! My tailbone hurts like nothing I have felt before. My left arm buckled when I tried to slow my fall and so I hit my head.
That is the last I will be doing on Rollerblades for a long while. I might postpone my workout for a few days until I feel a little better.
I did however, stick with not eating last night after 7pm. It was extremely difficult because I eat when I am bored more than anything else. And I was bored!! Going to start crocheting to see if that helps me some.
