Extreme Weight Fluctuation, What am I doing Wrong?
We all do that. Our bodies are made up of 60 percent water, so it's going to go up and down all day every day. Pick one time of day to weigh and do that consistently. Same scale, same clothes, same time of day, ssme everything to accurately gauge your weight loss. I do it in the morning after the bathroom and before eating or drinking anything. All the food you eat and drink will be reflected on the scale. Exercise, hormones, stress. Sodium intake and a whole lot more affect the scale. Google "why the scale lies" for more insight.

You can make ice cream with bananas. It's pretty good. Google it for recipes. Like 3 ingrediets.
